Eric built HomeStar alongside Co-Founder Robb Rice — a friend of more than 20 years — on a simple idea: homeowners deserve a remodeling experience that is transparent, well managed, and delivers craftsmanship they can count on. He oversees estimating, business planning and development, and client relationships, guiding homeowners through everything from kitchen and bathroom remodels to full basement finishes and whole-home renovations. His attention to detail, from scope development through material selections, is what keeps a project priced fairly, planned thoroughly and built to a high standard. A seasoned entrepreneur, Eric has founded and operated multiple successful businesses across central Indiana.

Above all a devoted husband and father — it is why he treats every client's home with the same care he would give his own. Outside work you will find him staying active with his wife and son, or cheering on the Indiana Hoosiers.

Robb is a lifelong Fishers native with over 25 years of roots in the community and co-owner of HomeStar Services & Contracting. Alongside Eric, he brings a hands-on, quality-first approach to every remodel. His experience in real estate runs deep — a licensed real estate agent and investor with nearly 10 years in the business, he has built a sharp eye for what makes a home both beautiful and valuable, from the studs up to the closing table.

A husband and proud father of two. He coaches his kids' sports teams, travels with his family, and is always up for trying a new restaurant around town. His commitment to the community shows up not just in the homes HomeStar transforms but in the relationships he has built here over two decades.

Kristina brings years of hands-on experience in residential remodeling, built through owning and operating her own remodeling business. What began with a specialization in tile grew into managing complete kitchen, bathroom and whole-home renovations, giving her a deep working knowledge of the construction process, trade coordination, materials, and the many details required to bring a renovation together successfully. As Director of Operations she turns each project from a plan into reality — coordinating schedules, managing jobsite operations, troubleshooting challenges and keeping work moving efficiently from start to finish. Once construction begins she is also a key point of communication for homeowners, helping navigate the day-to-day details and changes that naturally arise. With a strong appreciation for design, she collaborates with the team on revisions and solutions when a project needs adjusting in the field.

A proud mom of two boys who loves traveling, trying new restaurants and spending time with her family. She brings the same energy to her work that she does to life — driven, creative, detail-oriented and always ready for the next project.
