What the Homeowner Wanted
These Fishers homeowners had a builder-basic master bathroom that felt dated and uninspired. They wanted to elevate the space with classic, timeless materials — but with clean, modern lines that would feel fresh rather than fussy. The goal was a master bath that felt like a true retreat, where quality stone and thoughtful detailing took center stage.
How We Built It
We transformed the space from the ground up. The shower features a Carrara marble subway tile surround with a marble floor, anchored by a striking mosaic flower-pattern accent — used both in a built-in niche and on the shower floor — that ties the whole space together. A frameless glass enclosure keeps the view open so all that natural stone shines. We installed a brushed nickel rainfall shower head with a handheld, a double vanity topped with marble countertops, and warm neutral tile flooring throughout to balance the cool tones of the marble. Every surface was properly waterproofed with the Schluter system, and all plumbing and electrical was handled by our licensed trades.
